1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LaminARCH (operated by Saad Nawade, based in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, India), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

LaminARCH is an AI-powered architectural rendering Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) that transforms 3D model snapshots into photorealistic renders and cinematic videos. The service includes a Blender plugin, a web dashboard, and associated cloud rendering infrastructure.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use LaminARCH. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Pricing, Credits and Payments

LaminARCH operates on a prepaid credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use rendering, video generation, upscaling, inpainting, and other AI-powered features. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) on the pricing page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time with reasonable notice to existing users. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Outputs generated by LaminARCH are produced by probabilistic AI models. Results may vary between generations and may not always match expectations exactly. We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes. You acknowledge that AI-generated renders are inherently variable, and dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes is not grounds for refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or rendering pipeline.
Share your account credentials with others.
Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, or misleading content.
Resell renders generated by LaminARCH as a competing AI rendering service.
Use the service in violation of any applicable law in India or your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all 3D models, images, and reference content you upload, and of all renders generated from your input. LaminARCH retains all rights to the service, software, plugins, models, and underlying technology. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of delivering renders to you.

8. Service Availability

LaminARCH is currently in active development. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for downtime, service interruptions, or third-party outages affecting our infrastructure.

9. Limitation of Liability

LaminARCH is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid to LaminARCH in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused credits are not refundable upon voluntary account deletion.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LaminARCH shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
