Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

LaminARCH operates on a prepaid credit-based model. Users purchase credit packs that are consumed when generating AI-powered architectural renders, videos, or other outputs. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The credit pack was purchased within the last 7 days, AND
  • None of the credits in that pack have been consumed, AND
  • The request is made due to a technical issue, accidental purchase, or service unavailability attributable to LaminARCH.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Credits that have already been used to generate any output (renders, videos, edits, upscales, etc.).
  • Dissatisfaction with the artistic outcome of an AI-generated render, since outputs are inherently variable and previewed before final generation.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If your card or UPI account is debited but credits are not added to your LaminARCH account, the transaction will be automatically reversed within 5–7 business days. If you do not see the reversal after this period, please contact us with your transaction ID and we will investigate.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at laminarch07@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Registered email address on your LaminARCH account
  • Razorpay payment ID or order ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–4 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

7. Cancellation

LaminARCH does not currently operate on a recurring subscription model. Each credit pack is a one-time purchase. You may stop using the service at any time without notice. Unused credits remain on your account but are not refundable outside the conditions stated in Section 2.
