1. Information We Collect

When you create an account on LaminARCH, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. When you use our rendering services, we process the 3D viewport snapshots and reference images you submit. We also collect basic usage data such as render counts, feature usage, and timestamps to operate and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the LaminARCH service.
• Process your renders and manage your credit balance.
• Communicate important updates, security notices, and service announcements.
• Process payments and issue receipts via our payment processor.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

3. Data Storage

Your account data and rendered outputs are stored securely using Supabase (authentication, database, and storage). Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Rendered images remain accessible to you for download until you delete them. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or rendered images with unrelated third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate LaminARCH:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• fal.ai — AI image and video generation infrastructure.
• Razorpay — secure payment processing for Indian and international cards, UPI, and net banking.
• Vercel — frontend hosting.
• Railway — backend API hosting.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data. We share with them only the minimum information necessary to deliver the service.

5. Your Images and Renders

Viewport snapshots, reference images, and 3D model data you submit are used solely for generating your renders. We do not use your images, models, or rendered outputs to train AI models. You retain full ownership of your input content and all rendered outputs.

6. Payment Information

Payment details (card numbers, UPI IDs, bank credentials) are handled directly by Razorpay and never stored on LaminARCH servers. We only retain transaction metadata such as Razorpay payment ID, order ID, amount, and status for accounting and refund purposes.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

In accordance with Indian data protection law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing.
• Lodge a grievance with the Data Protection Board of India if applicable.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records, payment transaction logs retained for 7 years per Indian regulations).

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
